Webshop Software

• LightSpeed ( https://www.lightspeedhq.nl )
  Our webshop(s) are developed using LightSpeed software. Personal data you provide for our services is shared with this party. LightSpeed has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support and will never use your data for other purposes.
  LightSpeed is contractually obliged to implement appropriate security measures, including SSL encryption and a strong password policy. LightSpeed uses cookies to collect technical information about your use of the software, but no personal data is stored. LightSpeed may share collected data within its own group to improve services.

Web Hosting

• Hostnet ( https://www.hostnet.nl )
  We use web hosting and email services from Hostnet. Hostnet processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. They may collect metadata about service usage (not personal data). Hostnet implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss or unauthorized access to personal data and is bound by confidentiality obligations.

Email and Mailing Lists

1. MailChimp ( https://mailchimp.com )
   We send newsletters via MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name or email for its own purposes. Each automated email contains an ‘unsubscribe’ link. Your personal data is securely stored by MailChimp, which uses cookies and other technologies to track email opens. MailChimp may share anonymized data with third parties to improve services.
2. Hostnet ( https://www.hostnet.nl )
   For regular business email, we use Hostnet services. They implement technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse or loss of data. Hostnet has no access to our mailbox; all email correspondence is treated confidentially.

Payment Processors

1. MultiSafepay – Processes your name, address, city, and payment data securely. May share anonymized data for service improvement. Retains data according to legal requirements.
2. PayPal – Similar processing, with anonymized sharing and legal retention periods. In cases of deferred payment, financial info may be shared with credit assessors.
3. Billink – Handles deferred payments, processes personal and payment data, and shares anonymized data with third parties where necessary. Data retention follows legal obligations.

Reviews

• WebwinkelKeur – Collects reviews; if you leave a review, your name and email are required. Data is shared to link reviews to orders and may appear publicly. Technical and organizational measures protect personal data. View our page

Shipping and Logistics

• GLS – For order delivery, we share your name, address, and city. GLS uses this solely to fulfill the delivery, and subcontractors may also access data.

Accounting and Bookkeeping

• e-Boekhouden – We share name, address, city, and order details for bookkeeping. Data is transmitted and stored securely, and e-Boekhouden is bound to confidentiality.

External Sales Channels

• Bol.com – If you order via Bol.com, your order and personal data are shared with us to process your order. We handle data confidentially and have technical and organizational measures in place.

Google Analytics

• Our website uses Google Analytics to analyze site usage. IP addresses are anonymized. Google may collect data and use it to improve services. You can opt out via this plugin.

Cookie Policy

1. Google Analytics – Functional and analytical cookies track visitor behavior for reporting purposes.
2. Third-party cookies – Mentioned when third-party software uses them.
3. Advertising cookies – With your consent, cookies track visits to other sites for personalized ads, without linking to personal identifiers.
